RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS POLICY

(effective from 3 October 2026)

At SigmaCalc every product is made to the customer's individual order. For this reason, please read the rules below carefully.

1. Product returns (withdrawal from the contract)

Because SigmaCalc products are made to the Customer's individual order, under Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act there is no right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement (no returns).

This means that once an order has been placed, the product cannot be returned without giving a reason and the order cannot be cancelled after it has been fulfilled. See § 7 of the Terms of Service for details.

This does not apply to renting SigmaCalc. You may withdraw from a rental agreement within 14 days of concluding it - the rules are set out in § 13 of the Terms of Service.

2. Returning the device after a rental

  1. Send the device back with all its accessories no later than the last day of the rental period. The renter pays for return shipping.
  2. Return address: SIGMACALC sp. z o.o., ul. Rynek Główny 28, 31-010 Kraków, Poland.
  3. We refund the PLN 1,000 deposit within 14 days of receiving the working device, to the bank account you specify.
  4. For each started day of delay in returning the device, we deduct PLN 100 from the deposit.
  5. If you buy SigmaCalc after returning it, you get a discount of 50% of the rental fee you paid. The discount is valid for 30 days from the date of return.

3. Complaints (if the product is defective)

Although our products are made to order, you still have full rights in respect of defective goods.

A. Warranty (12 months)

Our devices are covered by a 12-month Seller's warranty.

If the product does not work properly, write to us at contact@sigmacalc.com and describe the problem. You will receive instructions on what to do next.

B. Statutory liability for defects (24 months)

As a Consumer (or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights) you may file a complaint under the statutory liability for defects for 24 months from the date the product was delivered to you.

Statutory liability covers physical and legal defects of the product that existed at the time it was delivered.
